When you buy your desired membership you will get a welcome message via e-mail including instructions and a personal pass code which you can use to come and train as soon as possible. You can use the pass code, until you receive your tag in the post, within about 1 week.

A pass code is only given to memberships and does not apply to the 10 time card.
