YIN yoga

Yin yoga is based on Chinese body exercises and yoga. Yin yoga movements affect the areas of the body with the most connective tissue. The effect is strongly on the spine, back muscles and pelvic region. In addition, the movements done during the hour stretch the muscles of the arms and legs wonderfully.
